The Hadith that refers to the age between 30 and 40 actually when read in original form in Arabic does not mention the word "age". It says he will appear between 30 and 40. Meaning he will appear in between 1430 ah and 1440 ah. That is the confusion, original date of birth 1960 / 1379 ah is correct.
