    In my opinion the only sign that will inform people will be the voice from sky.

    Any human tech voice can be recorded but the voice from sky cannot be recorded.
    Everyone will hear the voice in the language that he understands, even animals and other creatures.
    and His image will be seen by the people who hear His voice but could not be recorded.
