Prof. Rafiq Akhtar said that nothing will change in Pakistan after elections. Time of new faces to rule has not come yet. New Government will face a lot of criticism. He is of the view that the new Government will be dissolved in 2015. Then people will see a change. Patriotic people will rule the country.
